Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service. You may use either of following methods to deliver a written notice of cancellation:

• Online: http://www.webgoldhosting.com/support/cancel.htm (For verification purposes, the form must be completed using the contact information we have on file for your account)
• Fax your request to 1-868-622-4878; please include your domain name, password and your reason for canceling on your cover letter for fastest processing of your request. Please include your contact information in the event that we need to get in touch with you.

Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted. Cancellation requests must be received by Webgold Hosting a minimum of 3 days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in automatic renewal of your hosting plan. Cancellations become effective on the day processed by Webgold Hosting. Webgold Hosting is unable to cancel your account effective for a future date.

Webgold Hosting will confirm the cancellation request when it is processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact Webgold Hosting as soon as possible. The account is not cancelled until you have received a confirmation from Webgold Hosting via email.  We recommend that you keep a copy of the confirmation email from Webgold Hosting's staff for your records.
