Refund Policy
While Webgold Hosting uses an automated billing system, the quality of our customer care and your ability to personally contact a live person is very important to us. Our billing department is staffed with qualified professionals to ensure that all of your needs are met.

All Webgold Hosting Accounts come with a
30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Refunds will be provided in the same payment method of the original payment. Any check sent to a customer or credit card refund will incur in a 10% administration fee or a $5.00 fee, whichever is higher and will be subtracted from the total amount of the refund.
We do not offer credits or refunds for hosting time already expended and domain name registration fees are non refundable. Because we have provided you with DNS entries, usernames, passwords, appropriated disk space, bandwidth/ data transfer and other resources, you are provided with the ability to use your account. If you do not use the services you ordered, you are still obligated to pay for the account. The reason for this policy is that even an unused account uses valuable system resources that we could have made available to offer other customers and therefore, once you have ordered our services you are obligated to pay for your account.
Webgold Hosting will refund all unused, pre-paid months. In other words, if you prepaid on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, you will receive a refund of all unused months in your pre-paid billing cycle, excluding the administration fee as outlined above. Example: Customer orders a semi-annually billed account on March 15th and cancels on April 25th.
Webgold Hosting will issue a full refund for the following months: May, June, July and August, but not for the remaining days in April.
All additional features added to an account are non-refundable.
In addition, ANY Account cancelled/ terminated by Webgold Hosting for violating our
Acceptable Use Policy does not qualify for a refund.
For instance, if your account is terminated for spamming or posting illegal information on your website, you will not receive any refunds.
